What happens during our conversation over the phone?

When we speak I will not only learn more about your phone but about you and your needs. I will need the model, carrier, how many gigabytes, as well as the cell phones current condition. Please remember that regarding your phones condition no detail too small. Example: Even one small crack means that it has a cracked screen (for valuation purposes).

While we are speaking (English or Spanish) I will then do re-search on your device and find the current market value. (This takes about 30 seconds). After we agree on a price we will then make a determination as to where we will meet.

What happens when we meet up?

For your safety and convenience I usually choose to meet in a familiar public location. If at all possible I usually will choose a Starbucks or MacDonald’s. This is safer place and they usually have WIFI.

Then I will inspect the phone and conduct a functional check on the: Buttons, screen, sound, camera, charge port, etc…

Then we will make sure that your “find my iPhone” app is turned off.  After that we will do a factory reset and then do a basic system setup.

After we have finished with the above I will then pay you cash for your smartphone.
